The BMHF is the British National Committee Member of FEM, (Federation Européenne de la Manutention).
FEM is the organisation which co-ordinates the activities of the European materials handling industry . Each sector of the European materials handling industry is represented by a particular division or section of FEM.

As Members of the British National Committee, each BMHF Member Association can participate in the work of the FEM section representing its market sector activities in Europe.
